Professional Experience

David joined CBRE when the company acquired Trammell Crow Company. He began working with Trammell Crow in 1998 as a Project Manager. Mr. Koch works on the Bank of America account, serving as Program Lead for the Minor Renovations Program. He directly leads a team of five associates who provide project implementation and administration.

Mr. Koch has over 19 years experience in Project and Process Management with significant roles in companies including Boatmen’s Bancshares, Herman Miller and Trammell Crow.
