Prior to joining CBRE, David served as Vice President of Flagler Real Estate Services (formerly Codina Group) for over 20 years. David’s past experience includes active roles in the sales, leasing and marketing of such notable projects such as Beacon Lakes, a 480-acre master planned business park owned by Prologis, Beacon Industrial Park, an 800,000 SF Class “A” industrial park in Miami’s Airport West Marketplace and Beacon at 97th Avenue, a 500,000 SF industrial park also located in the Miami Airport Marketplace. More recently, David’s team leads the sales and marketing of DCT Commerce Center I and II (780,000 SF) and Beacon Lakes, Bridge Point Commerce Center a new development in North Dade (2,000,000 SF) and 1.4 million square foot portfolio owned by Morgan Stanley at Flagler Station in Medley. In addition to the successful marketing of numerous master planned industrial parks, David also has extensive experience in selling industrial product throughout South Florida.
