David Long, a Vice President in the Retail Specialty group, joined CBRE in 2001. Dave’s thirty-plus years experience in the retail industry has enabled him to service a wide variety of clients. He delivers customized solutions for all of his client’s real estate needs and provides the highest level of service with speed and creativity.
For his Agency clients, Dave focuses on the specific requirements of each asset in response to the client needs. This includes asset repositioning and stabilization, tenant merchandising, leasing and disposition.
For his Occupier clients, Dave’s background both as a retail wholesale supplier and specialty retailer has proven invaluable. His client assignments have included multiple market roll out strategies and execution throughout the U.S. His acute awareness and understanding of all service platforms provided by CBRE and extensive relationship within the company enable him to provide his clients with a complete spectrum of support.
Over the course of his career, Dave has completed lease and sale transactions with total consideration in excess of $350 million.
