Professional Experience


Dan Newman has been involved in commercial real estate and development in Albuquerque, NM since 1976.  His accomplishments in commercial real estate include consulting, tenant representation, leasing, brokerage, property management, and development.

Dan’s primary focus is tenant/buyer representation for office and healthcare users.   As a commercial real estate broker Dan has completed tenant representation assignments of all sizes, primarily in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Dan’s long history of involvement in real estate transactions includes development and redevelopment, leasing and sale of office and healthcare buildings, including specialty care and acute care hospitals.   Dan takes a unique approach to corporate real estate services.  He understands that each client has different real estate needs and consequently each assignment must begin with an in depth analysis of the clients goals.   

Prior to joining CBRE in 2004, Dan owned and operated a successful commercial real estate company.  In addition, Dan was a registered architect in the State of New Mexico from 1978 through 2006.
