Professional Experience

Daniel specializes in assisting owners, buyers, tenants and developers of industrial/flex properties in the Colorado Front Range. Daniel and his partners have completed over 40 transactions since 2012 in the RiNo submarket alone, creating unmatched knowledge of the Central Denver Market. Given his real estate experience and strong-built relationships, his clients consistently rely on him for market information and strategy across the country. A top priority is to align his clients’ long-term real estate goals and execute them effectively. Daniel’s proactiveness and best-of-class practices allow for the real estate process to be efficient and productive. His tenure in research allowed him to understand the core principles, client needs and market fundamentals of the real estate industry. 

Since becoming a broker in 2012, Daniel has participated in transactions totaling more than 2.02 million square feet and 56.2 acres, a combined value of over $181.2 million.
