Professional Experience

Dan has been in the commercial real estate industry in Denver, Colorado, since 1985. He joined CBRE in the spring of 2010. Since starting in the industry, Dan and his partner David Potarf have sold over 81,000 units totaling more than $10.8 billion in multifamily property.  Prior to joining CBRE, Dan was with Marcus & Millichap for 16 years. Prior to this, he worked in acquisitions for the Broe Companies, Inc., a private real estate company based in Denver, Colorado.
