Daniel A. Liebermann, MAI, is a Vice President with the Valuation & Advisory Services Group in Washington DC. He has over 20 years of real estate industry experience, with over 10 years of valuation, review, and consulting experience specializing in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Liebermann is a Designated Member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Liebermann’s valuation expertise spans a wide variety of properties and markets, including office, industrial, retail, multi-housing, mixed-use, and land. He also has considerable experience performing appraisal reviews. Mr. Liebermann is a member of CBRE’s Office Valuation Group and Industrial Valuation Group.
