Dan Gable is a Vice President for CBRE Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance Group in the Indianapolis office. He works on each stage of the transaction from initial underwriting and marketing through to successful execution and funding. Mr. Gable works closely with banks, conduits, insurance companies, agencies, and other sources of capital to provide debt and equity solutions to CBRE clients in Indianapolis, Louisville, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit, Lansing, and Grand Rapids.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Gable was a Collateral Analyst for PNC Bank, and serviced Commercial and Institutional Banking clients with lines of credit in excess of $3 million. While at PNC Bank, he monitored approximately $800 million in debt on projects ranging from manufacturing companies and defense contractors to law firms and green energy providers.
Prior to PNC Bank, Mr. Gable was a Financial Analyst and Property Manager at Corporate Park Development in Indianapolis. While at Corporate Park Development, he was responsible for tracking financial metrics and completing analysis for various investment decisions. Mr. Gable was also involved with day to day property management including tenant relations and leasing.
