Dan Gable is a Vice President of CBRE Capital Markets, on the Central Midwest Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) team based in the CBRE Indianapolis office. He works on each stage of financing transactions from initial underwriting and marketing through to successful execution and funding. Since joining CBRE in 2014, Dan has been involved in over $480 million in transactions including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial deals. Dan works closely with agencies, banks, conduits, insurance companies, and other sources of capital to provide debt and equity solutions to CBRE clients throughout the Central Midwest.
The Central Midwest DSF team is primarily focused on providing financing through its direct agency and GSE lending platform, consisting of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and FHA/HUD programs.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Dan was a Collateral Analyst for PNC bank. While at PNC bank, he monitored approximately $800 million in debt on projects ranging from manufacturing companies and defense contractors to law firms and green energy providers.
Prior to PNC Bank, Dan was a Financial Analyst and Property Manager at Corporate Park Development in Indianapolis. While at Corporate Park Development, he was responsible for tracking financial metrics and completing analysis for various investment decisions. Dan was also involved with day to day property management including tenant relations and leasing.
