Damla Gerhart is the Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s Workplace practice. Her primary role entails working closely with clients to design and implement innovative workplace solutions that align with organizational needs and enhance employee effectiveness. Ms. Gerhart is responsible for developing solutions that enable workplace innovation, employee productivity and collaboration and transformational change. Her strengths include the development of workplace research tools and the execution of solutions while leveraging change management processes and methodologies (including training and communications).
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Gerhart spent time at Kimberly-Clark Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist responsible for leading organizational development, employee and labor relations, performance management and recruiting. In addition, she worked as an External Auditor for Ernst & Young LLP executing global client financial audits. Her most recent position was as a Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Strategic Consulting group focusing exclusively on workplace strategy.
Ms. Gerhart brings nearly ten years of experience in the areas of change management, project management, client relationship management, finance and human resources. Her projects have focused on leading workplace strategy related initiatives for clients across every industry type.
