Craig Young joined CBRE | The Boulos Company in 1987, and is currently a Partner and senior broker.
Craig is a fierce advocate for his clients. His consultative and supportive approach to real estate transactions has won him several corporate clients such as Goodwill Industries of Northern New England, UNUM, USPS, Mainely Tubs and Kemp Goldberg Partners to name a few. Craig has done numerous transactions for each of these companies and takes the time to intimately understand their internal goals and processes, which enables him to provide a higher level of service to them.
During his impressive tenure at CBRE | The Boulos Company, he has completed several complicated development transactions, dozens of high value investment deals and has experience on all sides of the transaction - buyer, seller, landlord and tenant rep. Additionally, he has drawn from his experience and natural teaching skills to mentor several of the company’s successful associates and brokers.
Craig earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 1996. He is one of only three members of the firm to do so. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
A Maine native, Craig feels strongly about giving back to his community. He is currently a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine, and is a past President of the Portland Community Chamber and Sweetser’s Kids at Heart.
When he’s not working, Craig can be found on the sports field coaching teams for one of his three children, golfing in the summer or skiing in the winter. An avid traveler, he is always happy to return to his home state of Maine, where he presently resides in Scarborough with his family.
