Curt Grantham is Global President, Project Management for CBRE. In this role, he leads the project management line of business for the company globally, which is focused on planning, design and execution of capital projects and programs across a wide variety of industry sectors and building types. He is also a member of CBRE’s Global Leadership Group as well as the CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (“GWS”) Global and Americas Executive Committees.
Previously Curt was President of Client Solutions for GWS, which included sales, pricing, marketing and management consulting functions for the segment. Prior to that role, he served as the President of the Americas for GWS, where he led the segment for this geographic region and had oversight and accountability for delivery of transaction management, project management, facilities management and strategic planning activities to our clients in U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to that position, he led the U.S. Eastern Division for GWS. Curt joined the Trammell Crow Company in 1984 in a development and marketing role. He served in a number of production and leadership positions within the company; most recently he was responsible for the company’s Development and Investment segment for the southeastern U.S. markets. In this capacity, he led a team of professionals actively developing and investing in office, industrial, retail, medical and multi-family projects across multiple markets.
