Professional Experience



Craig Wilson has been involved in the local commercial real estate industry since 1977. A Senior Vice President with CBRE for the majority of those years, Craig has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. He has been responsible for the sale of several premier office and industrial projects, including The Plaza at Yarrow Bay, Oakesdale Center, Eddie Bauer Corporate Campus, Weyerhaeuser Corporate Campus and the Proctor Building.

Craig’s knowledge of the market and ability to build relationships with decision makers while addressing the needs of clients has been the catalyst for multiple successful transactions.
