Colin Turner joined CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group in 2016, specializing in the dispositions of single-tenant assets and retail portfolios throughout the United States.
Colin has firsthand deal experience in 1031 exchanges, sale-leaseback advisory, property financing, and valuation. Through the Group’s national presence, Colin is attuned to the various market nuances present throughout the country.
In his prior role, Colin has focused on retail leasing and assisted in multi-million dollar transactions for institutional clients. By fostering relationships with local and state municipalities, Colin ensured that urban infill developments met the needs of his clients as well as the communities they served. This depth of retail knowledge, from both a leasing and investment perspective, has allowed Colin to stand out from his competition on regional and national levels.
Prior to joining CBRE, Colin attended Harvard-Westlake School and is an alumnus of USC’s Marshall School of Business. Colin is an active member of the Los Angeles community, where he is a board member on the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council, The Fremont Place Association, and Escuela Plus, a private school for elementary students.
