Clyde Reetz is an Executive Vice President of CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest full-service commercial real estate firm. Mr. Reetz has thirty-three years’ experience as a tenant representative with the last twenty years with CBRE working on local and national accounts in finance, banking, publishing and law.
During his tenure with CBRE, he has completed more than 8 million sq. ft. of deals, including the sale of 10 Bank Street, White Plains, NY for Morgan Stanley; 200,000 sq. ft. of leases for Premier Radio Networks; 75,000 sq. ft. of consolidation and relocations for MPG, USA, a division of Havas Advertising; a 72,000-sq.-ft. lease for New York Magazine; 40,000 sq. ft. for Penton Media in New York, Cleveland, OH, Chicago, IL and Boulder, CO; a 55,000-sq.-ft. lease for Premier Exhibitions; 32,000-sq.-ft. lease for Mercury Radio Arts; and 16,000 sq. ft. for Stifel Financial Corp.
Mr. Reetz continues to advise Private Equity companies such as Clayton Dubilier & Rice, SunCapital Partners and Onex Corp. on their own real estate requirements as well as the operating companies they purchase. He has also expanded his business to include many Chinese banks, including Bank of China’s new headquarters at 7 Bryant Park, China CITIC Bank International and Bank of Communications.
He has been a regular recipient of CBRE’s production and market information awards.
