Christopher is part of CBRE's capital markets team, which has completed a number of high profile transactions in the Los Angeles market. Christopher’s deep understanding of urban trends and market conditions has allowed him to play a key role in bringing both development and businesses to pioneering markets. Christopher’s experience includes sales of land for development, sales of existing assets for adaptive reuse, joint venture structures, and relocation of businesses. His client base ranges from private family operators to large-scale developers and institutional investors. Christopher’s method of “pounding the pavement” and constant business development has allowed him to build strong community relationships. This approach has helped him establish a proven track record of sourcing opportunities and maximizing real estate values on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Christopher worked at Major Properties where he provided real estate advisory and transaction services for commercial properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
