Chris Johnson leads the day-to-day management of
transactions for CBRE’s Global Corporate Services account with Nissan North
America. In his role, Mr. Johnson supports Nissan in a tenant representative
and consulting capacity for various real estate ventures across United States,
Canada and Mexico, including built-to-suit development, lease acquisitions,
dispositions and market studies.
As Senior Transaction Manager, Mr. Johnson is tasked with
developing strategic real estate plans and implementing them in a collaborative
effort with Nissan corporate real estate. This process involves a myriad of
responsibilities, including: drafting proposals, modeling financial analysis
and cash flow projections, developing project schedules, leading negotiations,
and documentation review. He has also taken a leadership role in directly
working with Nissan’s Dealer Network in a coordinated effort to identify new
automotive dealership opportunities in markets across the United States.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Corporate Services, Mr. Johnson
worked with the CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services platform. During this
time, he developed comprehensive property valuations for assignments across all
major real property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-housing,
commercial land, and other special property use types.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr.
Johnson held roles in mortgage banking and multi-family leasing.
