Christopher Carbone is a Vice President with seventeen years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Carbone is part of the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Tampa office and is a member of the Multifamily Housing and Student Housing specialty groups. Mr. Carbone’s primary geographical coverage area is the Tampa MSA, although he spends significant time in other Florida markets including the Sarasota/Manatee, Cape Coral/Fort Myers and Naples/Marco Island MSAs, as well as Tallahassee, Gainesville and the Florida Panhandle. Over his nine years at CBRE, he has garnered significant experience across all asset types and classes, with particular emphasis on multi-family properties including conventional, student housing, HUD financed, HUD HAP/Section 8 and fractured condominiums.
Mr. Carbone has experience providing real estate appraisals, consultations, market studies, feasibility analyses, rent analyses, litigation support and expert witness testimony. Mr. Carbone’s experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including condominium projects, subdivisions, mixed-use projects, developments of regional impact (DRIs), retail, office, medical office, industrial, vacant land, triple net leased assets, bank branches, parking garages, special-use facilities and international assets includxing resorts, subdivisions and vacant land.
