Christine Hammons is the Senior Director of Campus Planning for CBRE on the Baylor Scott & White Health account. Within this role, she aligns with the campus leadership and key stakeholders to identify the priorities of the campus, the long term goals of the administration and the existing conditions of the campus and facilities. The goal is to create a framework for long-term planning that is unique for each campus.
Working at both the campus level and the departmental level, CBRE Campus Planning maximizes the existing hospital infrastructure, aligns departmental adjacencies for operational efficiencies and improved flow, allows for future growth opportunities and supports the operational objectives of the facility.
Prior to her role with CBRE, Christine served as the Senior Associate and Programmer for Perkins+Will Architect’s Dallas office. She led the healthcare campus planning department for the office and was the primary planning contact for HCA Healthcare. While in this role, she planned and programmed over 10 million square feet of health care projects, both nationally and internationally.
