Christian Perez Giese has 15 Years of experience handling industrial and commercial real estate portfolios along the Texas / Mexico border. Since 2010 Mr. Perez Giese has led the CBRE office in El Paso, Texas, covering El Paso, Cd. Juarez, Mexico and South Texas (McAllen, Laredo and Brownsville).
Mr. Perez Giese and his team have handled some of the largest and most complex industrial transactions in the region. They are experienced in tenant representation assignments including build-to-suits, leases and renewals. Mr. Perez Giese has also handled leasing and sale assignments for some of the most sophisticated institutional owners in the region with a track record of outperforming the market. With over 400 transactions totaling over 10 million square feet in the past five years, he is the most active and experienced industrial broker working along the US / Mexico border.
Mr. Perez Giese joined CBRE in 2010 as part of an acquisition where his previous team, TeamNAFTA (a former CBRE affiliate office), merge with the CBRE brand. He became managing partner of the firm in January in 2008 and has served as Senior Vice President and Director of the office since 2010.
Mr. Perez Giese is actively involved in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics platform, serving for two years on the Advisory Council. He is also currently the Co-Chair of CBRE's Hispanic Networking Group and is part of the Texas Leadership team. Mr. Perez Giese moved to El Paso in 2002 to join CBRE / TeamNAFTA, from San Francisco. He grew up in Seattle but has long ties to the border region, working and traveling extensively across Mexico.
