Professional Experience

Christian Dyer joined CBRE with the July 2003 acquisition of Insignia/ESG. With over 20 years of real estate experience in downtown Philadelphia and a consistent top producer, Mr. Dyer has been involved in transactions totaling in excess of 7 million square feet, representing both tenants and landlords in the Philadelphia CBD.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Dyer was a National Accounts Manager for Peirce-Phelps, Inc. where he was a top producer and named Salesperson of the Year in 1991 and 1992.  His background also includes a year-long General Electric Company Executive Sales Training Program and over twenty-five years of successful sales and marketing experience.
