Christine M. Yagersz is a Certified Property Manager with more than 25 years of experience in the area of asset and property management. Mrs. Yagersz is responsible for the day-to-day operations including engineering, maintenance, security, housekeeping, tenant relations, budgeting and project management of the North Point Complex, a 600,000 RSF, 19-story Class A office building and a 280,000 RSF 4-story Class A office building in Cleveland. She is responsible for the 60,000 RSF Akron Innovation Campus office buildings, the 60,000 RSF Mitchell Building and the 41,000 RSF Crown Pointe building in Akron, as well as the 138,000 RSF LaCentre Buildings in Westlake.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Yagersz, was with McKinley, Inc. where she was employed for more than 12 years. Mrs. Yagersz managed three office buildings totaling 850,000 RSF of Class A office space in Akron, including the corporate headquarters for Ohio Edison Company. She began her property management career at Biskind Development Compant in North Olmsted, where she was involved with retention programs and the daily management activities of four office buildings, three strip shopping centers and two hotels.
Prior to working in property management, Mrs. Yagersz was employed by the Greater Cleveland Growth Association where she worked in government and community affairs.
