Chris Steel is a consultant within the Global Workplace Strategy Group, and the lead for Behavioural Change Management and Communications in EMEA. Chris has developed and designed the behavioural change management proposition which underpins the workplace strategy implementations of major clients. Chris has a background in training and development within a corporate environment, and 14 years experience within the public sector as teacher and housemaster within a comprehensive school.
Chris has extensive experience in the financial service sector, having worked as a training relationship manager in the UK and APAC for a financial institution managing and delivering culture change, organizational development and leadership training to a wide variety of business functions and grades. He recently developed and deployed the behavioural change programmes for HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of their alternative workplace strategies.
