Prior to that, he was the Director of Leasing at Maguire Properties, where he was responsible for over 1.9 million square feet of existing class "A" mid and high rise office product, including an additional 1.4 million square feet of future entitlements. As a Senior Leasing Manager at RREEF (now Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management), Chris was responsible for directing the leasing team in lease negotiations, creating and implementing strategic property plans, establishing leasing goals, reviewing and overviewing proposed operating and pass through expenses and project budgets. During his tenure there, Chris assisted with the development of a new class "A" office building and redeveloped a new class "A" office building lobby. As a Senior Associate at Burnham Real Estate, Chris worked with private and institutional investors in landlord representation as well as representing tenants in their facility evaluation, site selection and lease negotiations.
