Cheryl Eyre is a Transaction Coordinator for the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) division of CBRE in Salt Lake City. In this role, Cheryl provides operational support to the team by tracking lease expirations, facilitating commission invoicing and tracking, gathering market data, and managing various additional functions.
Prior to her current role, Cheryl served as a Real Estate Services Administrator in the Asset Services division of CBRE. She was responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, interfacing with various vendors, and responding to tenant inquiries. Within this capacity, Cheryl’s primary responsibility was to coordinate with the property management team to fulfill tenant needs. Prior to joining CBRE, Cheryl held various support roles which aided her in building valuable skills that make her an asset to GWS.
