Professional Experience


Since commencing her brokerage career in 1980, Cathleen Rose has been responsible for handling a broad range of retail assignments. She has been involved in landlord and tenant representation, investment and user sale transactions, as well as portfolio disposition, and a number of land sales throughout the eastern San Gabriel Valley and west end of San Bernardino County.

Early in her career, Cathleen was a member of tenant representation teams responsible for the expansion of Trak Auto, Crown Books, Subway and The Wherehouse. When the disposition assignment for surplus properties resulting from the Bank of America/Security Pacific Bank merger was awarded, Cathleen handled 19 bank properties in the San Gabriel Valley.

More recently, she has been involved in multiple landlord representation assignments for Center Trust Retail Properties and Lewis Retail Centers.
