As Administrative Assistant on the Global Technology Company account, Catherine is responsible for supporting the regional facilities team which manages critical facilities for a key Department of Defense contract. Catherine’s various duties include accounts payable, vehicle fleet management and support, expense reporting and reconciliation, purchasing and procurement of goods and services, and base access for the team. She supports multiple projects for the client and performs various other administrative duties as needed. Catherine’s background in customer service allows her to be very effective in providing excellent service to the client and to the team.
Prior to CBRE, Catherine worked for Starwood Hotels. Throughout her nearly 20 years in the hotel business, Catherine managed room service, restaurants, butler services and service express. The fast paced-detail oriented, employee diverse environment was excellent training, and the skills have served her well in all areas in her current role. She was successful in raising guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction & received 100% scores on industry audits for performance and standards of service. Her experience contributes to the overall success of the account team.
