As a Real Estate Service Coordinator, Cassie Mayberry is responsible for providing general administrative support for the Asset Services team and assisting with tenant and vendor customer service. She performs a variety of administrative tasks including phone support, preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying, etc. Ms. Mayberry brings a passion for customer service, efficiency and organization as well as an overall positive nature.
Cassie Mayberry joined CBRE in May 2015 as a Client Services Coordinator. In this role she provided marketing and administrative support to the Retail Brokerage Team. She was responsible for developing and creating proposals, tour books and property marketing materials, and promoting available properties through multiple distribution avenues. Ms. Mayberry’s background in real estate marketing and design helped her provide the high-volume Retail Team with exacting and detailed marketing deliverables in support of their business pursuits.
Ms. Mayberry holds a degree in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Public Relations, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Mayberry worked for a Kansas City-based commercial real estate firm as the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.
