Carter Haslam is a key member of the team responsible for leading CBRE’s Tenant Advisory Practice Group in Orange County. Through a tailored representation process emphasizing client service and strategic market intelligence, Carter creates value added results, forging long-term relationships with his clients as a trusted business advisor. Additionally, by utilizing CBRE’s full platform of corporate services and capabilities, he provides comprehensive service, focused on solving problems and adding value to corporations both locally as well as on a national and global scale.
Mr. Haslam began his career in Commercial Real Estate with CBRE in 2013, focused on consulting corporations in the Orange County Area, which has since grown to representing national and global accounts through their multi-market real estate strategy. With a well-rounded background in entrepreneurship, leadership, psychology, and finance, Mr. Haslam brings a unique perspective on solving problems for a wide range of clients.
Mr. Haslam’s team includes Scott Kenny, Garrett Ellis, Cameran Lindee, Katelyn Lewis, and Mikkel Pearce, headquartered in the Newport Beach, California, CBRE office.
Mr. Haslam is an active philanthropist as a member of LEAD-OC, which is a group of influential leaders in the community supporting local charity organizations. Mr. Haslam is also a Member of Chapman50, an exclusive group comprised of 50 members under the age of 50 designed to connect influential Chapman University alumni leaders in a university-wide network.
