Carson Underwood joined CBRE in the fall of 2010 as a member of CB Richard Ellis' Land Services Group after spending over four years with McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company where he brokered transactions valued at over $75,000,000. He is a third generation Houstonian, a fifth generation Texan and a graduate of Kinkaid High School. Mr. Underwood graduated from the Neeley School of business at TCU where he earned a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Mr. Underwood wasted no time pursuing his real estate license and earned it while still attending college and went on to work with a residential broker as an agent and property manager for a number of years while he was still in school gaining valuable knowledge in the real estate industry.
At CBRE Mr. Underwood responsibilities include locating, listing, and marketing property sites for a variety of development types including retail, industrial, single-family and multi-family. Mr. Underwood holds his sales license with The Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Mr. Underwood is also currently involved with the Houstonians for Responsible Growth, The Westview Terrace Homeowners Association and The Bayou City Brokers. In his free time, Mr. Underwood enjoys watching and playing all sports and coaches baseball at Post Oak Little League. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, hunting and fishing.
