Carrie Ballard joined CBRE Indianapolis Marketing team in 2006, and was responsible for media relations, event planning and business development as well as creating and developing marketing materials and managing projects across all specialties. These materials included customized web sites and graphics, various print materials, electronic flyers and brochures and local advertising campaigns.
In March of 2011, Carrie joined the CBRE Central Midwest Multifamily Group as a Client Services Coordinator. She has been able to maximize the quality of team materials and ensure speed-to-market for our clients. Carrie focuses most of her efforts on facilitation and management of all creative materials and market data for the team. In addition to her creative functions, Carrie is responsible for the team's extensive databases, coordination of property tours, client events and media relations.
With over seven years of experience in Graphic Design and Marketing, Carrie brings a great deal of knowledge and creativity to the Central Midwest Multifamily Group.
