As the Regional Business Operations Manager for CBRE’s Florida Region, Carol Sweeney is responsible for planning, managing and directing business operations for the region in support of multiple lines of business in 6 offices. She leads a team of professionals who support a variety of key business operation functions, including budgeting, revenue transaction processing, billing and accounts receivables, contract administration, licensing, compliance, accounts payable, project budgets, and ad-hoc data reporting.
Carol Sweeney joined CBRE in 2005 as Office Operations Manager for the Miami market; bringing over 12 years of office operations and facilities management to CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Sweeney served as the Office Manager of SunGard Insurance Systems (formerly FDP Corp), a software development firm for 12 years, where she was responsible for the operations and facilities management for the firm’s 300+ staff and 3 office buildings comprising a total of 150,000 sq. ft. She has more than 20 year’s management experience with a proven track record for consistently delivering cost savings along with operational improvement and efficiencies.
