With over 40 years of senior management positions at large corporations, including owning a small enterprise, Carl Walko has been provided with a broad scope of enterprise level experience. He has call center, multi-site facilities maintenance management, project management, retail marketing and sales, construction, and real estate services experience. Additionally, Carl has also been responsible for all aspects of project management, systems management, development and operations. He has a proven record of exceeding objectives in the ability to leverage technology to meet business objectives, development of cost reductions through applied technologies, and the effective use of human resources.
Currently Carl acts as Director of FM Implementation, leading all of the stratigic projects for the Global Corporate Services FM division. These projects are designed to increase the efficiencies and lower costs of the FM group as a whole.

Upon joining CBRE in 1998, Carl was the Senior Vice President for Service Management. He then progressed to act as Director FSC Global Operations were he managed a staff located around the globe whose purpose was to deploy CBRE’s Facilities Services Center platform and the company’s CMMS tool, ServiceInsight. Additionally Carl was also responsible for the operations of the 7x24 International Advanced Operations Centers. Key responsibilities include the development and global deployment of corporate standards and optimization of deployment and operation processes
From 1996 to 1998 Carl was the Senior Vice President leading the Service Division for Omega Environmental, Inc. He was responsible for directing field operations, call center, sales, information technologies (including all programming and support staff) and accounting functions of one of the nation's largest independent service organizations with approximately 350 internal mobile technicians and 4,000+ subcontractors. The organization specialized in the installation, repair and maintenance of specialized electronic equipment.
Between 1994 and 1996, Carl was the Owner and President of Life-Cycle Services, Inc. As owner and president, Carl managed all aspects of this start-up service company that provided remote maintenance management services, a 7x24 help desk, dispatching and project management services.
From 1968 to 1994, Carl was an employee of BP Oil. Beginning in sales and territory positions, Carl moved through various corporate management functions gaining experience in human resources, union negotiations, systems planning and operations, and retail construction project management and maintenance.
