With more than 13 years of experience in industrial leasing and sales, Cara specializes in industrial properties, including manufacturing and distribution facilities in the Portland Metro area. Cara also represents buyers and sellers of both industrial properties, as well as infill development sites with transactions totaling over $56 million dollars in consideration in 2016 and over $46 million in the first three quarters of 2017.
Cara has completed over 5,500,000 square feet of transactions, including a 200,000 square foot space for Danner LaCrosse in NE Portland, a 260,000 square foot space for Watumull Properties in NE Portland, 137,000 SF for DB Schenker in Hillsboro and 112,000 square feet for Roland Organ Corporation. In addition to tenant representation, Cara also represented Prosper Portland (formerly the Portland Development Commission) on multiple land dispositions as well as Prologis on over 600,000 SF of distribution facilities. Cara has been named as a Power Broker by Costar, Inc. and earned a NAIOP Committee Excellence Award. She is actively involved in the community, and is a member of several business organizations, including the Commercial Association of Brokers (where she is past president and current board member of the over 600 member organization), Northwest Food Processors Association, NAIOP Future Leader Committee, and Metro Brownfield Task Force. Cara also serves as the first Portland market delegate for the CBRE Women’s Network.
