Campbell Puckett is a member of a 16-person Advisory & Transaction Services team with CBRE in Dallas, TX. The Team is nationally recognized by CBRE for delivering world-class, portfolio-wide advisory and transaction services exclusively to corporate occupiers, through dedicated resources, the CBRE corporate platform and a proven track record. Mr. Puckett plays an integral role in the Team’s DFW business development efforts as well as assists in executing office assignments for our occupier clients throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Campbell began his real estate career at CBRE as a Summer Intern during college in the Dallas and Austin offices where he performed market and property evaluations for multiple brokerage professionals. Now in his third year with the Team, Campbell works closely with the partners in all phases of business development – from research through engagement.
Campbell created and developed the team’s proprietary Dashboard technology and is responsible for maintaining and continually updating all its data and critical documents. By leveraging market knowledge, Campbell works with the partners to turn this data into actionable intelligence for the benefit of our clients.
Beyond business development, Campbell utilizes the repository of market data he manages and growing market knowledge to assist the partners in the execution of DFW office transactions.
