Burke Weismann specializes in the sale of institutional grade Office, R&D, and Industrial properties. Burke’s role is to orchestrate the entire marketing process, including production of the Offering Memorandum, solicitation of investors, the negotiation process, due diligence and closing.
Burke has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined the San Jose office of CBRE in February 2009 as an Office/R&D Specialist. Since 1995, Burke has specialized in investment sales of institutional-grade Office, R&D and Industrial properties, concluding sales in excess of five million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion.
