Professional Experience


Bryan Heller is a Senior Vice President for CBRE’s Landlord Representation Group in Atlanta. Mr. Heller has specialized in Atlanta office project leasing since 1999 and is perennially recognized as one of Atlanta's top office producers. Under Mr. Heller's leadership, his team has generated over 7 million square feet in lease transactions since 2011 alone at a value of nearly $600 million.

Mr. Heller and his team are routinely called upon by clients to lease value-add opportunities, given their ability to mark key design and workplace strategy trends as well as note tenant flow between submarkets. Furthermore, Heller and his team have recently been called upon to best position unique, “experiential” mixed use projects such as Avalon in Alpharetta, Revel and Forum (each in Gwinnett County), and Quarry Yards in West Midtown given their successes in achieving a sizable value premium relative to typical commodity product.

Prior to CBRE’s acquisition of TPA Realty Services in December 2012, Bryan Heller led leasing operations for TPA's third-party portfolio from 2006-2012. Prior to joining TPA, Mr. Heller worked at Transwestern Commercial Services from 2002-2005, where he represented such third-party clients as CIGNA, Prudential, iStar Financial and Griffin Capital. Mr. Heller began his career at Opus in Atlanta (1999-2002) where he was ultimately responsible for leasing its North Fulton Class A office portfolio.
