Bruce Hynds is a Vice President with CBRE Limited's Industrial Properties Group in Vancouver. Bruce joined CBRE in 1984 as an industrial broker and continues to specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties including the sale of commercial investments.

From the commencement of his career Bruce has negotiated 725 commercial and industrial transactions for a total consideration of $697,133,000 representing over 9,328,345 sq. ft. of industrial or commercial buildings sold or leased and the sale of over 500 acres of industrial land.
