Professional Experience

Brian T. Slocum has been a Commercial Real Estate broker for over 12 years (as of 2018). He’s been with CBRE since 2013, and prior to that with Colliers International since 2006. Brian specializes in the sale and leasing of Industrial/ Commercial/Land and Investment properties. Brian’s geographic focus now includes Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, and eastern Alameda counties. 

Brian has found success working with Institutional and Private Agency clients (Seller/Landlord) by reducing vacancy and maximizing Net Operating Incomes. He’s successfully represented corporate and private Occupier clients (Buyer/Tenant) through lease relocation & expansion, lease analysis, and (SBA) Owner-User purchases. Mr. Slocum has aggressively worked with Investor/Developer clients by identifying favorable cap-rate/investment buy and sell opportunities, along with “highest and best use” land development or acquisition ideas. Brian has completed over 500 transactions during his career (as of 2018). Brian considers it his mission to solve problems for his clients and bring critical value to every deal he works on. 

Brian graduated from San Ramon Valley High School in 1997, and later the University of Arizona graduating in 2001 with a B.S. degree in Business Marketing. Prior to Commercial Real Estate, Brian excelled in Sales working in telecom for AT&T in San Ramon CA, as a well as a prominent capital leasing company in San Diego CA. 

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He also enjoys multiple sports including Soccer, Basketball, Golf, and Baseball, as well as visits to the mountains and tropics whenever possible.
