Professional Experience

Mr. Slocum specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties and land including Industrial and R&D, and Office and Flex properties in the eastern San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California. Brian’s regional emphasis now includes Contra Costa County, Solano County, Napa County and eastern Alameda County. Brian has been successful at reducing the overall vacancy at the landlord projects he represents. In addition, Brian represents numerous tenants, buyers, and sellers through his comprehensive approach to solving his clients’ commercial space goals. 

Brian began his commercial real estate career in 2006 with Colliers, working with a team of regional brokers. In 2013 Brian joined CBRE, with the focus of bringing his brokerage expertise and CBRE’s platform to existing and future clients, as well as expanding his territorial concentration. Since 2006 Brian has been involved in over 450 sale or lease deals with an aggregate value in excess of $150 Million.

Mr. Slocum grew up in Danville CA, graduating from San Ramon Valley High School in 1997. Brian later attended the University of Arizona, graduating in 2001 with a degree in Business-Marketing. Prior to starting in commercial real estate in late 2006, Brian consistently excelled as a sales representative working in telecom with SBC/AT&T in San Ramon CA, and before that in San Diego with a prominent business capital leasing company. 

In his spare time Brian enjoys sports including 5 on 5 and full field soccer, basketball and golf. Brian enjoys the Arizona Basketball team each year in hopeful anticipation of the next national championship (last was 1997). Brian resides locally with his wife and 2 children.
