Brian Pfohl is a Capital Markets Manager and investment sales professional in CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group and Corporate Capital Markets practice. The singular focus of these practice groups is to advise institutions, private equity firms, REITs, developers and corporate users in all facets of net leased properties. Mr. Pfohl manages, oversees and performs all aspects of the groups’ property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis, marketing and market research efforts. He is also directly responsible for marketing the team’s disposition assignments and leads the “buy side” desk which assists 1031 exchange buyers in finding and selecting appropriate replacement properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Pfohl has been actively involved in the underwriting and marketing of more than 450 transactions worth in excess of $3 billion.
Prior to joining the Net Lease Property Group/Corporate Capital Markets team, Mr. Pfohl was a Production Analyst with the CBRE’s Debt & Equity Finance Group and began his career at CBRE as an Analyst in the Global Research & Consulting Group. Mr. Pfohl earned a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Mercer University and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Georgia.
