He has pioneered the entitlement, acquisition and disposition of over 4,500 Single-Family Residential lots throughout the Sacramento region. Additionally, Brian has spearheaded the sale of land for over 8,000 multi-housing units, senior housing units, and several thousand square feet of commercial retail space.
