Brian McNeese is a Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) based in Atlanta. In this role, Mr. McNeese works across the GWS and Occupier Services platform to deliver value-driven real estate outsourcing solutions to major corporations. He is responsible for cultivation, new business development and client expansions and renewals.
Mr. McNeese rejoined CBRE from Mace Group, a globally recognized construction consultancy headquartered in London, where he was President/CEO of their North America business. He executively led the project management services business in North America from inception to profitability within three years, and established relationships with more than 40 corporate clients, including Walgreens, Porsche Cars North America, Northern Trust, ExxonMobil, American Red Cross, BP and Starwood Hotels.
Prior to his role with Mace Group, Mr. McNeese led business strategy and operations for Studley’s Strategic Portfolio Solutions (SPS) group. Prior to Studley, Mr. McNeese was Director of Strategic Consulting at CBRE where he specialized in process outsourcing, M&A impact on real estate, portfolio consolidation and rationalization, occupancy cost reduction, capital planning and program development and organizational design.
Mr. McNeese began his career with Ernst & Young as a management consultant and was engaged on a variety of real estate and construction assignments for Fortune 500 companies.
