As a Project Manager on the Kansas City Local Market Area Project Management team, Brian Kutter is responsible for managing major capital investment, tenant improvement and ground-up projects from inception through completion. Brian is accountable for delivering to his clients’ overall project objectives by managing project planning, design and construction coordination, budget, schedule and closeout.
Mr. Kutter provides direction and leadership by overseeing all facets of projects including project planning, development, contract negotiation and administration, selection and coordination of designers and contractors, design, construction, furniture and equipment procurement, and move management. Brian leads project execution on behalf of both clients and landlords.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kutter spent the last nine months with Centric Projects, a commercial construction company in Kansas City, and the prior six years with Turner Construction Company, whose first project in Kansas City dates back to 1944. With Centric, he was responsible for performing the role of Project Manager on projects valued up to $38M. Through his background, Brian became well versed in managing construction costs and schedule, preparing monthly profit projections and preparing and submitting requests for owner and architect approval.
