It helps occupiers and investors worldwide create customized workplace solutions by integrating property services and amenities with advanced digital technologies. Brian Harrington is Chief Product Officer for CBRE 360.
360 leverages CBRE’s market-leading strengths in workplace strategy, occupancy planning, design and build-out, and property and facilities management, with its growing technology capabilities. The 360 team partners with CBRE’s major business lines, including Global Workplace Solutions, Asset Services and Advisory & Transaction Services to deliver great outcomes for clients.
Brian is a senior marketing and product executive with experience in early-stage, high-growth and global service organizations including both public and private companies. Most recently he was the inaugural entrepreneur in residence for the top-ranked Carroll School of Management at Boston College, where he taught, mentored and assisted in program development for both undergraduate and graduate students.
Prior to joining Boston College, Brian was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Zipcar, the world's leading car sharing service. In this global role he oversaw all brand experience, member acquisition and engagement, public relations, policy and partnership efforts for this iconic, urban brand. During his tenure he was interviewed for articles in publications including The Wall Street Journal, The Economist and Marketing Quarterly concerning the future of marketing organizations and the state of online advertising.
Prior to Zipcar, Brian held executive positions at the Boathouse Group, Upromise and Connection to eBay. In 2005 he co-founded a travel startup called GroupGo and earlier in his career worked for EF Education and Sheraton Hotels.
He was named a top New England CMO by VentureBeat in 2015 and was the recipient of a 2005 Congressional Angel in Adoption Award. He is married to Jessica Harrington M.D. and has three children, ages 21, 20 and 16. He resides in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Brian received a master of business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor of science degree with a concentration in finance from Boston College. He currently serves on the board of Ellie Kai, a made-to-order women's clothing company.
