Brian Dooley is a member CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services division, based in Midtown Manhattan, where he specializes in tenant representation. Since joining the firm, he has successfully negotiated more than 1,000,000 sq. ft. of transactions on behalf of such companies as Clear Channel Communications, Goldman Sachs, IMG Worldwide Inc. and MLB Network, among others. He is responsible for providing a broad range of advisory services to both private and public-sector clients. His primary role is to facilitate, manage and execute both the acquisition and disposition process for clients in New York City to achieve their real estate objectives.
Mr. Dooley joined CBRE in 2010 and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York as well as an active member of the brokerage community. Prior to his real estate career, he worked as a Financial Analyst with the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank. During that time, he developed strong financial acumen through his responsibilities, which included constructing detailed financial models with multiple capital structures and deal-specific complexities as he uncovered LBO opportunities for Private Equity clients.
Mr. Dooley currently resides in Lattingtown, New York with his wife Ashley.
