Brett Hartzell is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s National Partners Group and Board member of CBRE’s Institutional Group. As a 34-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Hartzell posesses the expertise, insight, and commitment to fully evaluate and understand his clients’ real estate needs and deliver customized solutions to meet those needs.
Since starting in the industry in 1983, Mr. Hartzell has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office buildings. For the past two decades, Mr. Hartzell has concentrated on selling institutional projects throughout the Puget Sound market, as well as the western states of California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. He is experienced coordinating all phases of the sale process. Since 2011, Mr. Hartzell has focused on institutional properties as part of CBRE's Institutional Group, joining the board in 2017.
