A San Diego native, Brent has been providing best-of-class real estate services to San Diego’s leading commercial real estate owners, investors, and corporate users since 1982. Brent’s commitment to his clients, and strong working knowledge of the San Diego real estate marketplace have earned him recognition as a leader in the industry and an outstanding performer within CBRE.
Brent’s extensive background in business park development, including site planning, building design, feasibility analysis, entitlement, marketing, and strategic planning have led to major assignments on some of San Diego’s largest master-planned business parks, including Scripps Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Sabre Springs, Pomerado Business Park, and Summit Rancho Bernardo. During his career, Brent has sold in excess of 3,000 acres of land and leased and sold over 15 million square feet of office and industrial space valued in excess of $2.2 billion.
Brent’s extensive client list of landlord and institutional investors includes Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, Prudential, Invesco, AMB, Prologis, Jay Paul Company, LBA Realty and Allstate. He has also represented numerous Fortune 500 and leading technology companies, including Intel, Carrier Corporation, General Atomics, SDG&E, Schenkerlogistics, Xerox and Unisys. He was recently awarded Deal Maker of the Year by the Commercial Realtors Association of San Diego, as well as winning the Editor’s Award given by the San Diego Daily Transcript for his involvement in the $105 million sale of the 75-acre former NCR campus in Rancho Bernardo to Jay Paul Company. Brent has also been a member of the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle, a national award given to the top performers within the company.
Brent currently resides in La Jolla with his wife, Jeanette, and his son and daughter, Kyle and Briana.
