Brenda Connolly is part of the CBRE leadership team that provides Project Management and Facilities Management to Sutter Health’s Sacramento Sierra Region. As the Senior Project Manager, Ms. Connolly, works closely with Sutter Health’s Administration team, and is responsible for managing a variety of projects at the Sutter Hospitals and Medical Office Buildings, including Diagnostic Imaging, renovation and make-ready projects, infrastructure projects, structural upgrades/waterproofing and ADA barrier removal and path of travel projects. She brings over twenty-seven years of project management experience in healthcare, commercial real estate, design build and construction. Ms. Connolly provides a level of experience and expertise to her client and project teams, promoting collaboration and successful project completion.
Prior to her role at CBRE, Ms. Connolly spent her career holding a variety of project management and construction roles with a diverse array of clients. Her roles included that of a Quality Control Manager, Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for various Healthcare organizations and general contractors. She most recently held the position of Senior Project Manager at Stanford University Medical Center. At Stanford University Medical Center, Ms. Connolly focused primarily on OSHPD and Imaging/Radiology Department Projects. She also held a position at Kaiser Permanente as the Staff Project Manager servicing the East Bay and Diablo areas. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Ms. Connolly worked at McCarthy Building Company as the Project Manager and Quality Control Assistant Manager. During her role at McCarthy Building Company she became a certified Army/Navy Corp of Engineers Quality Control Manager and served as a manager on behalf of McCarthy for the County of San Jose on the Valley Medical Center project.
