Brandon Siewert joined the company in 2002 as a Real Estate Manager for a multi-family and commercial property portfolio, and has been active in the real estate management industry since 1992.
In his current role as Project Manager, Brandon participates in all phases of project management and planning, which include client engagement, pre-construction, cost control, scheduling, and quality control. Brandon manages all vendors and subcontractors as well as the financial aspects of each project through concluding phases to ensure the goals and objectives for each project are completely met. His projects include tenant improvements, new construction, capital improvements, and renovation of interiors and exteriors. His working knowledge of construction applications, experience as a Real Estate Manager, and formal education all allow him to provide effective solutions and overcome difficult obstacles in the varying phases of each type of project.
Brandon is in the process of completing the course work necessary to pursue LEED Accreditation through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), as well as the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
