Professional Experience


Brad Zampa leads CBRE Capital Markets Institutional Properties in San Francisco in placing debt and equity on all product types of commercial real estate throughout the nation. During the course of his twenty-year career, Mr. Zampa has completed well over $10 billion of structured debt placements. Predominately focused on transactions above $25 million, Mr. Zampa has established a noteworthy institutional and high-net-worth client base. His capital sources include life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, mortgage REITs and Wall Street CMBS investment banks.

Mr. Zampa has developed a specialization for sourcing the complete capital stack including senior mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine pieces, preferred equity and joint venture structures. Prior to mortgage banking, Brad practiced real estate law with Wild Carey & Wife, and Sheppard Weisberg and Miller in San Francisco, California. He currently resides in Marin County with his wife and 3 boys.
