Since he joined CBRE in 2000, Brad has negotiated nearly $6 billion of transactions, in deals of 1,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet. His clients range from some of the largest financial services firms in the United States to the fastest-growing tech companies in the world.
Brad has a deep knowledge of the dynamic Chicago real estate market and strong ties within the city’s tech scene.
